Lessons Learnt

Despite those challenges faced, I do not regret working on this topic. In fact I derived great sense of achievement and satisfaction as it made me step out of my comfort zone and gave me once in a lifetime experiences.

1) To be more Grateful
Upon completing this assignment, my perspective on life has changed. I learnt to appreciate what I have more. For instance, the bread that I eat for breakfast every morning seems to taste so much better now that I know how much effort was put in baking it.

2) To take Initiative and Stay Positive
I now see the importance of being “on the ball”. I would not have completed this 10 weeks assignment if I had waited for some companies to respond or to harped on the rejections that I received. Through this assignment, I learnt to be bold and to pursue what I want which I believe is important especially in the 21st century.

3) Building Good Working Relationships
I believe that building good relationships with my colleagues are very important. Hence, I make it a point to always thank people who helped me. At the end of each work attachment, I wrote a thank-you note to express my appreciation to those who played a part in making this project a success. Without them, I would not have learnt so many valuable lessons.

Thank you for reading! Smiling face with smiling eyes
